Free KFC Grilled Chicken

For anyone that has not heard yet Oprah bought America all 2 pieced Grilled chicken meals at KFC. Go to Oprah.com or unthinkKFC.com to get the coupon. the cuopons are only available untill wednesday afternoon so jump on it quick.

I'm sorry but I'm too lazy to print coupons from some website for free chicken that will probably give me atherosclerosis one day. Although I do admit that I like KFC chicken, deep fried cooking and all.

How is grilled chicken going to give you a heart attack? The whole point of the promotion is to offer a healthier alternative.

Is this different from the other day when they were giving free chicken? When we went, they gave us free ordinary fried chicken. o_o

KFC grilled chicken is, Idunno, like getting kicked in one nut instead of two. It still sucks but, hey, its not as bad as getting kicked in both.

*hmmmm I'll be damned. 3 out of 4 cuts of the chicken have 4 grams of fat or less, with the thigh having9 grams of fat. Not bad at all if you ask me! Might have to check this out.

Just watch out for the biscuit, potatoes, gravy, and cole slaw!
