Webs.com allows you to make free websites. It's not that great and makes it so your adress is YourSite'sName.webs.com though.
Wix is one that I recently discovered that's pretty cool. You can make all sorts of spiffy flash websites for free.
DotEasy offers free web hosting and domain registration, apparently.Edit: Nevermind. You can get some free hosting IF you buy the domain.
