Frieza is a fictional villain in Akira Toriyama's Dragon Ball (US only: Dragon Ball Z) manga and the anime Dragon Ball Z and Dragon Ball GT. We all know Superman. :)
Pretty much any DBZ character from Raditz to Buu can beat Superman. The enemies that gave Superman trouble in his Universe would not even be able to scratch a DBZ character so Freeza wins this hands down. And, even if you wanted to magicaly make Superman as strong as Freeza he would still be out classed by Freeza's superior fighting style, superior techniuqes, and even though Supermans weakness may be kryptonite he can still be beaten to death but ether way Freeza wins.
Think I've said this before in similar threads but... it's pointless to speculate. Superman should win, but ultimately it depends on who's writing, drawing or animating the story so both have chance.
