Fresh Prince, but only because Rosanne is right up there with Rosie O' Donnell and Fran Drescher as having the most annoying voice in the entire universe.

Racist? I always found it to be racist towards whites. The way that this rich family always seemed to blame their problems on white biggotry and how any white person in the show was usually portrayed as being extrememly uncool compared to the super cool black cast members. Also how almost every major storyline revolving around a white cast member was always about their unknown intolerance towards the black family. All opinionated though.

Will Smith is racist in general. Have you guys seen I, Robot?? Notice how the Robots are white? Then notice how the old differently colored robots are beaten down by the new white robots and how the head of the evil robot company is white but the chief of police is black.
are you serious? Fresh prince is a good show although can sometimes be corny and dumb, roseanne is just plain annoying and is basically a fat old lady making sarcastic remarks about everything, a daughter that makes sarcastic remarks about her parents, and a dad that talks about how his wife is going to kill him.
Fresh Price is better. Rosane reminds me of fat lazy people. Also, why the heck do they play that old harmonica thing at the beginning. It makes it seem old and crummy.
Also, Fresh Prince is not racist in anyway. All the white guys at the school are uncool and so is Carlton so they are showing how the school is filled with uncool people. I love it when Will overexaggerates and also when he looks at the screen and makes face expressions. And also there was that one guy who was called "Whitey" because of his white hair. I think the director or producer is white though.
Just based on the fact that I've watched it far more (although that may just be because of when it was on or something), I'll have to go with Fresh Prince.
