I know this may sound silly to some of you guys, but its a serious question.
As you can imagine i'm not asking for a doctors aide and I dont mean literal pain, just emotional discomfort, you know, the kind you get when you remember someone doesnt love you, and you cant get them out of your mind.
I automatically think of sweets lol, but thats not a very good thing to turn to, but other than that, I dont know of anything such as a mental excercise that can help me distract my mind.
Any suggestions?
Actual help is much appreciated, and i'm sure i'm not the only one going through this sort of situation so I wont be the only one you are helping.
