Gambit VS Batman (Poll)

Iam going to have to go with batman on this one

Im sorry, but this is simply no contest. Batman is the winner. If you go by skills alone, not even counting intelligence(which Gambit has none of), the Batman has Gambit trumped. Gambits skills are thievery, some light martial arts, and making objects explode (mainly playing cards). Batman has faced opponents such as Bane, Killer Croc, Deadshot, Ra's Al Ghul, Superman, countless ninja's and assassins, and other powerful enemies. He has the arsenal and skill to take on pretty much any heavily skilled villain that comes his way. Gambit is not a heavily skilled villain, he's a sleazy catburgler that can makes things go boom. Whoopy-doo.

As with all other vs. threads involving Batman -- if there's one thing that my many, many years of collecting comics have taught me, it's that anybody who goes up against Batman will eventually lose big time. You may think you have him down but he will eventually show up and hand you a sound defeat. No exceptions. You lose. Batman always wins. Lord_Daemon

Indeed. He's been trained in every martial art you can think of, has been trained by assassins, detectives and has degrees in science. He's got brains and brawn, and capitalises on both amazingly well.

While I think that Batman would definitely win this fight, the person who said that Gambit has no intelligence needs to perhaps read up about him. Breaking into the most secure compounds, stealing highly protected items, and getting away with it isn't exactly someone with a lack of intelligence could pull off.

But still, my vote goes to Batman.

that's not his power. he can make anything he touches explode. He just uses cards because theyr'e easy to carry.
