Games that make you sad/cry

Well over this last year games have been getting really close to making me feel sad. The Darkness was the first, then there was Mass Effect but now....I have been completely caught off guard. I was playing Lost Odyssey with my girlfriend when I unlocked one of the dreams from the 1000 Years of Dreams and....I don't know what happened.....I just lost it and felt a lump in my throat. My girlfriend actually cried a little and it just surprised the hell out of both of us. I honestly suggest people at least give this game a rent or burrow it from someone you know because I traditionally don't like JRPG's but.....this one has such a fantastic storyline its worth playing. I know I sound kinda fruity posting this but, whatever it was so just jarring. Anyone else have that moment in a game where you don't really know how to react other than to show your weaker side

Metal Gear Solid and Final Fantasy VIII made me tear.

MGS2 and MGS3 made me feel emotional.

Half Life 2 made me cry in anger. I was like " OMG! WHY VALVE! WHY DID IT HAVE TO END"

MGS3 got me crying a bit.

I see it takes a lot for you to give a game a 10/10.

I admit I cried at the end of Call of Duty 4, and teared up at the end of Bioshock. I tend to get personally and emotionally invested in games, so I can't even count how many times I have teared up while playing a game on my PC.

Ya know, I have played some very cinematic RPG's, and lots of games like Metal Gear and Half-Life, but nothing made me more pissed off than when:

Resident Evil 4: [spoiler] Mike the helicopter pilot was shot down...it didn't make me cry, but it sure as hell made me angry..I was like "I'M ELARAB, AND I'M MAD AS HELL!!!!" [/spoiler]

condemned 2 made my little brother cry cause it scared him so bad lol (the scu office level)

yeah the dreams in lost odyssey have brought me close to tears numerous times and i'm sure if i had a girl there i would cry because they add emotion to a situation. not trying to sound wierd but yeah because the dreams are very sad. like the old woman who never grew up? that was really sadepaullywog

I do not have high hopes.

But I have to admit, despite the horrible storyline, silent hill 3 has scared the living **** outta me multiple times
