Gamespot ads - look what showed up

So you know how there are ads at the bottom of the threads on Gamespot for various things?

Well apparently some of those ads are a bit dated. Including this ad, that I just saw and clicked on today.

Don't you find it a bit strange that they would have such an ad, an ad for an article about "12/12/12".

For more details, the "Ad" (maybe it's not really an ad, it's basically a link to an article) appeared at the bottom of the site under the bottom of the thread, under the headline "From around the web".

I'm still getting them, even though I have adblock. Lately, ad about cancer and heart attacks have been showing up, for some reason.

Uh... I have Chrome and Ad-Block installed and I still see "From Around the Web" Ads with pics at the very bottom of the forums.

Do I need Ad-Block PLUS to get rid of those too?

Like, theres a pic of some dude wearing a cowboy hat and another pic of the Breaking Bad actor.

I don't know why they are showing up when everything else is blocked.

try adding the filter:

www.gamespot.com##.nrelate
