Gamespot vs IGN

Alright, Im sure this is something that has been disputed before in these forums, but I just want to hear everyones opinions. No bias, just straight honesty if you can, which site do you think is the most informative, best interface etc? Overall, I really cant decide personally. I tend to agree more with IGNs writers on reviews and things, but I like the forum setup over here better. That being said I also think the site at IGN is a little better built, but their search engine is garbage. OVERALL, I wont lie i tend to think IGN is the better site.

Not sure if its just me, but does it always seem like IGN has the first game reviews on most all the biggest games? Like almost a week ago Forza 3 was reviewd over there, nothing here yet.. Same with ODST, reviewed over there much faster too...

Thoughts, opinions?

I like GS better, on all fronts, because IGN mods cant hurt meBiancaDK

i prefer IGN's game reviews, previews and podcasts but overall site presentation has to go to GS. Also, the forums are better on GS imoHellsAngel2c

I like GameSpot better since I've been going to it since it was videogames.com but I tried IGN and it was good for a while but it seems really cluttered IMO... also you guys should try out www.kotaku.comit has some pretty good news even before IGN and GS gets it...

i very rarely venture to the dark side ( IGN ), but i do like the reviews over there. that's about it though...i'll stick with GS

generally, I like GS better, the forums are better and the news section is better

both have fairly equal reviews in terms of quality

IGN is really slow for me, and it's a pain to navigate. GameSpot wins.

Gamespot of course, I can't stand using IGN sometimes.

I prefer Gamespot. IGN does do some nice game guides, though.
