I almost want to get a job at Gamestop but the reputation of people who work there being stupid... I've actually talked with one guy at a Gamestop who was pretty smart and knew his stuff.

Are you the exception? fast tracked to management? Im just a cashier person mainly.. I do some other here and there as well.. My manager said if i stay for a few years longer i could be the manager... I wont stay that long :P
At the gamestop where I used to work, the employees were very smart and new there stuff. It is unwise to think that one person is going to know everything about everything that is in the store.
I guess it pays to be aware of timelines of game releases as well as the 4-1-1 on video games and their systems. Maybe THESE people should be the ones working at the stores instead of most people? :? *Don't hurt me Nikky. :cry: *

They were the first place that took me, so i took the job. If i can find a different job i'll consider that

If i can find a different job i'll consider thatatleast its not a big store, where I work its a department store so if something is missing a barcode takes like 10 minutes to get someone to find it :(
