Please, I probably come in contact with more that enough harmful substances just by walking outside....(well maybe not but you get the point)

Well if your console does overheat which some of them do to very high temps because of artards not caring for them properly, it may cause some of the chemicals like the silicone to radiate some sort of harmful airborne agent because of intense heat. But then again im just speculating, i think like the melting point of silicon and other metals in consoles is around 400 degress Fahrenheit or something.
