George Michael Has Died From Cancer On Christmas Eve

The man was truly an icon to everything his profession has become over the years

Before all these up and comers showed up with their spiffy enhancements to their shows it was George Michael in 1980 who got the ball rolling for how it should be done. Everyone from that point on was just borrowing from him. What you see in broadcasts today is what he started.

I knew that him stopping his main show in 2007 was due to sickness but I had no idea it was so bad.
Most writers didn't even mention his sickness as part of his leaving his main show

I hope to see every show that's borrowed from him mention something with his passing

I thought for a second it was the singer, but this is sad too.

Does anyone get that panicky feel when they see the first name after the R.I.P? Like when I saw Brittany, I thought Spears, when I saw George, I thought Lucas. Its not that one is more important over the other but it gets to you to think that the work they have done influenced you that it becomes quiet a shocker that they suddenly have died.

I' have entered this thread to leave a dedication to all the unknown people today who have died of cancer.. Because I'm sure George Michael isn't the only one.

To the unknown.. if there is a heaven, may your find your way there. IF there is something else.. hopefully whatever it is is good. If there is nothing.. May you never know the torment of life again.

Anyone notice celebrities died in 3's this year? First it was Michael Jackson, Farrah Fawcett and Billy Mays all within a week. Now its Chris Henry, Britney Murphy and George Michael also very close to a week. Strange...

So why are there close to a dozen tribute albums done by various bands and artists they've influenced? Why are they one of the best-selling bands in the world? Why would they hold the record for the most extensive world tour, especially if they have contributed nothing? Research before you speak next time please.
