getting a AR-15

I am so stoked about this. I have ordered the lower with a double match trigger, but I am going to have to wait. The government has so many orders for these right now and they come first. I really dont care how long of a wait it is, as long as anti Constitution politicians dont take away my rights first. Anybody have any suggestions about a tactical upper?

No you cannot own fully auto unless you have the proper license AND your local government allows it. Even with a proper permit I cannot own one in my town because the local law enforcement won't allow it.

No an AK-47 is a semi auto rifle. I use a semiauto rifle for hunting that is MUCH more powerful than any AK and more accurate. but you wouldn't consider it an assualt weapon because it doesn't look like a AK. They function the EXACT SAME WAY!!!!

wrong on both fronts kiddies (though the first guy was nearly right on) any gun before 1986 is legal to own and can be so sold it will cost you about 20k if it is select fire and you are allowed to have them in california(which bans aks and m16s)though i doubt D.C. area would allow it for obvious reasons

I just dont understand hunting.....people get so proud from killing defenseless, harmless animals....and more than half of them just do it for fun.....

It doesnt take any skill at all to kill a deer, rabbit, squirrel or anything....if you want to do something to be proud over go and hunt and a grizzly bear with a knife....

And the fact that he needs a SEMI-AUTOMATIC weapon to go and kill rabbits I just think is pretty pathetic.....
