And some people say its the best for getting six pack AND gain muscles. Is that true? And do i need to go on a diet incase if im targeting on that? If so, what should i cut off on?

Lol. Anyway, jogging is good for light exercise. If you really want to gain muscle, you have to work out. Unless you just want skinny abs.

bicycle crunches are one of the most effective exercises for abs. You can do them at home. Just youtube how to do them.

Ok bro, the best way to do this is to get a workout routine going, 3-4 times a week doing strength training. Which means pushing your muscles to failure you got to scream on those last few reps to get those muscles to grow. In your workout routine during the week workout everything; biceps, triceps, delts, pecks, legs, and your core etc. there really is no need to concentrate working out your abs because all the other workouts will do that job for you.

This is what Ive been doing and I havent concentrated on my abs at all and I'm getting some sort of definition in the ab area. If you concentrate working out your abs to much you can ruin your figure, and honestly you want your pecks to be bigger than your abs. I have also heard that running and lifting in the same week or so takes away from muscle growth, dont know if its true though.

So, if someone is better than you at something, do you jump to drug use? Or is this a one-time thing?

You can't gain muscle and lose weight at the same time... It's to a certain extent possible only for beginners.

That's why many that work out seriously, have a "bulk phase", and a "cut phase".

Doing both at the same time is not possible for the majority of people.

Yeah it is possible to build up your abs and build muscle in other areas without enhancers. But sprinters are a good example of bodies that form abs, distance running won't work as well. They are pretty different. But I would not recommend doing crunches, stick to planks and other similar exercises. Google it for best descriptions and pictures or videos. What you need to know if you are trying to put on muscle though is eat plenty, eat healthy, drink lots of water and get your rest.

Yeah. I tend to use this example quite a bit for interval training (versus training at medium intensity for a long time)
