Ghost

I'm alone in my house, suddenly my dog started to bark at the empty space to my side, while also licking my hand, and crying while getting away for me, but still barking. Then I started to feel warm, I got scared and prayed for a moment. I went back to my normal temperature and my dog stoped barking, licked my hand and went away like nothing happened.

What do you think just happened?
