So last week I met a nice girl at school, and we did a group project together. The next day she says hi to me and we start briefly talking about it. That weekend, she adds me on FB. At this point I think she is just either really nice or...IS SHE INTERESTED IN ME?

The next week we say hi and talk a bit more, but we talk on and off.

At this point I think shes just being nice. Your take on this please?

next time you guys have a nice conversation, ask for her phone number, and start texting her.

Say 'hey, wanna go for an ice cream sometime?'

Well to be honest she may just be making friends. Just because a girl is friendly to you doesn't mean she is interested in dating you. Who knows though it could lead to that. Just keep doing what you're doing.

Um I'm guessing you're in High School. I say she's just being nice. When I went to High School, all the popular girls would add everyone on facebook, just to make them seem more popular. She probably just see's you as a friend, nothing more.

Unless your would-be partner is pre-urine-soaked, a pissing contest shouldn't be necessary. Otherwise you have to joust with urine streams, and that's never a pretty sight.
