 Well the best thing would be to talk to her about it or just kiss on the cheek (Face cheek) when you say "Hi" or "Goodbye".
Well take it slow. A relationship is based off of love, not lust. Even if you are 14 you should only date if you truely care for her. So when you say you really want to kiss her I think that you should not worry about that. Getting her drunk will not help so here is what I recommend. Take it slowly, make sure she is comfortable, and hopefully on a special moment you two will share your first kiss.
i think you should hang out with her more, you make it sounds like you only hangout at lunch. But anyway, you just gotta know the right moment and then go in for it.
