Anyways I don't believe in God but I'm still leaving the possibility of Him (or Her) being there.

right. I mean, i disagree with a lot of things in the bible, like it's views on homosexuality etc. plus almost anything in the old testament. I believe in a God that would want people to be fair and good and not the word of a book written by relatively unknown people a couple of thousand years ago that could have misinterpretated events or exagerated points
I have my own form of religion the god changes ever3-5 years!
this year-xbox 360
last year p2s

I personally grew up as a Muslim by name, and then through my college years I began to read the Quran and Sunnah only to conclude that the Qur'an could not have been written by a man, but only a God. Hence I am on a journey to make myself a better Muslim. rimnet00
Sorry to inform you however, the Qur'an is false, as is Islam, and the Qur'an was not written by the true God. It is said that Mohammed recieved the Qur'an from God, however him living in the times of 570-632 AD, that is not possible. Why would God give him writings from the Bible? That means that one MUST be false because God would not make two of his testaments to man - why would God do that, they would be contradictory. (Even though Mohammed was the only one that "supposedly" recieved the word of God from Allah, while the books of the Bible are written by many under the inspiration of God - the Holy Spirit.
According to Islamic traditions, Muhammad began receiving revelations from Allah from the age of 40, delivered through the angel Gabriel over the last 23 years of his life. The content of these revelations, known as the Qur'an, was memorized and recorded by his followers and compiled into a single Book shortly after his death. The Qur'an, along with the details of Muhammad’s life as recounted by his biographers and his contemporaries, forms the basis of Islamic theology.
Second of all, why would God create his testament through those in the Bible and then one through the Qur'an through one person - Mohammed. (The Qur'an does not deserve to be called a Bible because it is not the word of God) God would not want to divide people and confuse them by two form of his writings. The Jewish people contained the writings of God for hundreds of years before the Qur'an was even made. The God of Israel never appeared to Mohammed nor recited one word of the Qur'an to him - it is a religion inspired by the devil not of God.
Matthew 24 says:
4Jesus answered: "Watch out that no one deceives you. 5For many will come in my name, claiming, 'I am the Christ, and will deceive many. 6You will hear of wars and rumors of wars, but see to it that you are not alarmed. Such things must happen, but the end is still to come. 7Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. There will be famines and earthquakes in various places. 8All these are the beginning of birth pains.
9"Then you will be handed over to be persecuted and put to death, and you will be hated by all nations because of me. 10At that time many will turn away from the faith and will betray and hate each other, 11and many false prophets will appear and deceive many people. 12Because of the increase of wickedness, the love of most will grow cold, 13but he who stands firm to the end will be saved. 14And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in the whole world as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come.
Qur'an says in Surah 25:1-2
Blessed is Allah Who sent down the Criterion of the Qur-an to His servant Muhammad, that it may be a warning to all creatures; He to Whom belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth: NO SON HAS HE BEGOTTEN, nor has He a partner in His dominion."
Obviously, we are considering that God and your Allah must be different, in different I mean that Allah is false! God openly declares that He has a begotten Son, Jesus Christ and that the Holy Spirit is one with them! Who else would declare himself as the only one ... only the devil would, because that is why he rebelled in the first place - to be like God, and to be the only God.
Qur'an says in Surah 43:57-63
When Jesus the son of Mary is held up as an example, behold your people raise a clamor in ridicule! And they say: "Are our gods best, or he?" This they set forth to you, only by way of disputation. Yes, they are a contentious people. JESUS WAS NO MORE THAN A SERVANT: We granted OUR favor to him, and We made him an example to the Children of Israel. And if it were Our Will, We could make angels from among you, succeeding each other on the earth. And Jesus shall be a Sign for the coming Hour of Judgment: Therefore have no doubt about the Hour, but follow Me: this is a Straight Way. Let not Satan hinder you: for he is to you an avowed enemy. When JESUS came with Clear Signs, he said: "Now have I come to you with Wisdom, and in order to make clear to you some of the points on which you dispute: therefore fear Allah and obey me. For Allah, He is my Lord and your Lord: so worship Him: this is a Straight Way." But sects from among themselves fell into disagreement: Then woe to the wrong-doers, from the punishment of a Grievous Day!
1. I'm sure that Islam is against Jews, now why would they be called your children?
2. It says "And Jesus shall be a Sign for the coming Hour of Judgment: Therefore have no doubt about the Hour, but follow Me: this is a Straight Way." This openly suggests that Jesus has no credibility, and to follow Allah because is the "straight way". False indeed, discrediting Jesus to make credit for Allah... sounds hopeless on behalf of allah.
3. Jesus never said that, nor ever referred to God as Allah, he reffered to God as God.
Qur'an says in Surah 61:6
And remember, Jesus, the son of Mary, said: "O Children of Israel! I am the messenger of Allah sent to you, confirming the Torah which came before me, and giving Glad Tidings of a messenger to come after me, whose name shall be Muhammad." But when he came to them with Clear Signs, they said, "This is evident sorcery!"
Jesus never said anything about Muhammed or a messenger that would come after him! Second of all, if your are going to quote Jesus on what he says, you cannot make a precis (it means a short summary of a piece of writing in english). Had Jesus said exactly that, then there would be no problem, however, your Qur'an discredits Jesus and uses false information, truly it is not written by God, but by the devil!
Qur'an says in Surah 112:1-4
Say: HE IS ALLAH, THE ONE. Allah, the Eternal, Absolute; HE BEGETTETH NOT, NOR IS HE BEGOTTEN; and there is none like unto him.
The Bible says in John: 3:16
For the God of Israel so loved the world that He gave His One and Only BEGOTTEN SON, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have Eternal Life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, BUT TO SAVE THE WORLD THROUGH HIM.
Your Qur'an openly rejects Jesus as his Begotten Son, and then you have the pride of calling Jesus your prophet, when he is the Son of God!
Qur'an says in Surah 19:88-92
They say: "The Most Gracious Allah has betaken a son!" Indeed you have put forth a thing most monstrous! At it the skies are about to burst, the earth to split asunder, and the mountains to fall down in utter ruin, that they attributed a son to The Most Gracious. For it is not consonant with the majesty of the Most Gracious that He should beget a son.
We Christians and Muslims are not the same as you and we do not believe in the same God. You Muslims beleive in the false god allah when the true God is the God of the Bible and not of the Qur'an, for the Qur'an does nothing but try to disprove the Bible, the written testament of God, by lessening and denying the importance of Jesus, ultimately your Qur'an is a poor folly and a LIE, a false writing and not of God by any means!
Additionally, you say that allah gave you your 10 commandments in your Qur'an? If you don't know what I mean look at,
