my high school now has like 400 people grade 9-12 but this school has 2000 people 11-12

i dunno about your school but mine had 2000 students. It's a bit squishy, that's all i can say negatively, oh and you'll probably get the subject you want to do since there are so many students.

2000 is no big deal. My high school had 4000. THe only real difference is it's hard to make your way through the halls.

I went from a small elementary/middle school who had a class size about 70 kids to a big high school. I enjoyed it. They both have their benefits. In smaller schools you get to know everyone, in bigger schools you obviously don't. But in bigger schools you meet more people and will likely end up having a few different groups of friends. It's a bit hard at first, especially if you don't know anyone in that school, but again with a such a large class it's pretty easy to make friends.

I've only went to one big school (almost 4,000 students) for one year. As huge as the campus was (for a high school) the traffic was crazy. You don't want to get caught jammed up between classes, no question about it you're going to be late. It was a nice a school though.

I went to a school with around 1000 people in it, but my neighbor and best friend went to a small private school with 50 or so in K-12th. When we started college together it was a major, major shock for him. Do it now if you can, to get used to it, IMO.

You expect more interesting people? Because there are more? If you mean, "Will there be more people who share interests with me" then the answer is probably yes.
