^this. do you want a car to make up for your size, or a car that matches your size?are you trying to get a car to make up for your lack of height or do you want to use your height to your advantage to get a small, fuel efficient car
And what is your price range

I was thinking of 92 Civic si hatchback but its front wheel drive. I want rear wheel drive because of what i do for fun :)Well..Get a honda civic. Im 5'5'' also, and I can drive a civic fine. Actually, I can pretty much drive any car fine. 5'5'' isint too short.

By do for fun do you mean race?
How about Pontiac Grand Am or Grand Prix. You can get either fairly cheap and they got big engines
Not much. im lookin for a used car so like around 10,000 or less. I'm poor :([QUOTE="Nikko_25"]

In that case, get a 90's Pontiac Firebird or Chevy Camaro. They are both rear wheel drive and less than 10K easily.
Even up to 2002 can be for under 10,000. Although the firebird is uglieri'm looking for my very first car:) i was hoping a toyota supra or honda rsxbut thats almost impossible lol. i was thinking ofnissan 240sx(s13).

That stuff just makes me facepalm. Listen, I've owned probably 7 or 8 cars and I'm still young. I can tell you from experience that none of those cars would be good for your first. And I'm also assuming you mean a Nsx, not a Rsx.
Honestly, get yourself a nice late 90s early 2000s Civic, Si if you really must. Learn to really drive a car and handle it well before you move into anything else.
Also, being this is your first car and you plan on doing burnouts and "drifting" you're gonna quickly find out just how expensive all of those activities can be. And do not, by any means, buy a V8 muscle car as your first car. You will wind up meeting a guardrail sooner than you think. TransAms and Camaros also are expensive to maintain if you don't have the funds and the knowhow.

You're preaching to the choir? Or just in agreement with me?

Agreeing. Putting it in more basic terms. I have gotta put about $500 - 1000 into my car before winter

ya i meant nsx lol. those are very hard to get. I drive my cousin's 08 civic manual transmision right now and its pretty fast but its really hard to do donuts and power slide. I know V8s are bad idea because one of my friend ha an el camino and that mess spends alot of gas. My other friend has the camaro and I just think its too long.Get a Miata! It would suit you well! It's sport, fun, but not too hard-edged. You won't kill yourself in it.
I'm 5'5'', I just got a 03 Mustang V6, RWD, 5 speed about a month ago. Fits me well, it was just under 10,000. hockey73You got a Mustang! Cool! Oh wait V6. What's the point of having a Mustang/Camaro if it's not a V8?

2010 Camaro V6 = more HP than 2009 mustag GT
Back on topic, get a Mazda Miata, Pontiac Solstice (comes in a coupe, too), or Saturn Sky.

What's the point of having a Mustang/Camaro if it's not a V8? Well it had to be at a reasonable price so I could make under 200 dollar payments. It was actually pretty lucky I got it. I was looking for a 5 speed, almost ended getting a focus or saturn for around the same cost, couldn't really find anything I liked (visually) and my parents stumbled upon this. They called me, and I was sold on it, it's my first car so I'm very happy. V6 also qualifies for cheaper insurance and gets a bit better gas mileage. If I want in the future, I can customize it to get better hp. But for now I'm very pleased with the way it drives.

The 2010 Camaro V6 has slightly less HP and alot less torque than the Mustang GT i think but it is also like 6K cheaper. For the TC, who exactly is buying the car that you want anyways? The way you talk money doesnt seem to be a big concern like it is with alot of first time car buyers. If that is the case then i could care less because i hated kids like you in HS. They would be the ones that got a nice fast car, wreck it, and then get another just as nice car if not better. You got a Mustang! Cool! Oh wait V6. Well the 2010 Camaro is just a beast.2 door E30 BMW. I got one when I was 16, and I was about that height at the time, and it worked well for me. Cheap car, sporty, girls dig it, good gas mileage, and RWDGTA_dudeExcept maintenance is expensive.
