I enjoy Noobtoob quite a bit. Not sure if the advice is really that great, but it is very enjoyable :P you can find them on youtube or their main webpage.
giantbomb cast is great and weekend confirmed which is by Garnet Lee who used to do the 1up yours podcast. i listen to both every week on my walk to work
I do not listen to general gaming podcasts but specific gaming podcasts. In other words, I listen to ones that have to do with World of Warcraft. I listen to The Instance, Blue Plz with TotalBuscuit, and WoW: Insider. There are other podcasts I also listen to but these are the only ones that deal with games.

Podcasts that don't exist anymore but were incredibly funny:
-Bombcast -Weekend Confirmed Everything else is pretty meh. Idle Thumbs was awesome (easily the best) but it's over. Still, old episodes are still fun to listen to if you feel like it, as the group dynamic is fantastic.
