Firstly, sorry if the US$ translation wasn't accurate - I'm from the UK.

Anyway, my current computer isn't working very well when I try to play games - specifically, high quality games. I tried to download and install the SWTOR trial, but I don't have enough CPU for it - and my computer's graphics system is really bad. Whenever I try to play Morrowind or Oblivion, the game is laggy as hell - meaning that I can't really do anything on a high-quality game.

What I'd like is a decent gaming laptop - if possible, one which costs less than £450 / $700.

Can anybody recommend such a laptop? Thank you.

Get a desktop. The parts are cheaper, so it will cost less overall.

Agreed. I also don't get how people can stand gaming on laptops. Being hunched over a tiny screen doesn't seem fun to me.

Well, I have a Dell Inspiron with a 15.6' screen. So, while it's not terrible for gaming,it's nothing special. It cost a little bit less TC's price range and that was back in August, so there may be something he can get if he's insistent on getting a laptop.
