Today, Google's launched the Chrome Web Store which allows you to buy webapps through a unified storefront. Google utilizes its checkout system to make transactions easy and, within the Chrome browser, webapp performance isfast. It's launching today and will be available this afternoon at chrome.google.com/webstore

Personally, I've been a firefox fanboy for so long but bothered to try Chromium while FF4 is delayed and I can see why so many like it. Anyway, fount this news interesting enough to post it on the forums.

Aaaah, Thanks guys. I might look more into it. I have recently switched to Chrome from Firefox and I love it. Not sure if it's as good as Firefox though...

:lol: So far so meh. Basically what im noticing with these "apps" are that they are just bookmarks. Like the youtube apps just leads you to youtube.com and with the same interface. Meh!
