Trying to put some weight to it. Will the blocks help it sink?
make sure to poke some holes in it too or else it'll bob in the water and you'll have to swimming after it

dumping puppies or kittens in the river is illegal.. I highly recommend against it. It's also illegal to throw your trash into water sources.
