You know when you're in a dark room and your eyes get adjusted and your vision is pretty grainy? Is it normal to have some of that grainy-ness when you're in a dimly lit room. Is it normal to have that grainy-ness (but to a much lesser degree) when you're in a well lit room and you're look at some surface that's a single color? (Like the walls)

kind of, haven't you been in a dark room where you can see objects but they're grainy? Try it right now

I forget what its called but i think its al lthe hundreds or thousands of little things that decipher black and white and color. I dont know why im posting this cause it hardly makes any sense...

I am fairly certain everyone has. I remember hearing its a result of the (i just looked this up) 120 million rods and 7 million cones in each eye. But i dont know...
