Congratulations to him but I'm still not a fan. At least now the tournaments will be more interesting.
I don't watch much tennis. But what I do watch of it holds my attention. Though I should become familiar with tennis players. Should also familiarize myself with other aspects, so I can better appreciate what's going on.dave123321
its a great sport to watch especially when it has rallys as long as some of the ones in tonights final a lot of them were over 30 shots long .
Good on him. Can't believe he was putting up 135 mph serves after nearly 5 hours.jimkabrhel
his serving was great in that final set especially with the pressure he was under Novak looked unstoppable after winning the 4th set but a combination of Murray serving big and punishing any laps on the Djokovic serve got him through in the end Novak was winning no points on his 2nd serve ibelieve that is ultimately where the game was won and losed .
both guys could barely stand after it was over Djokovic had to have the trainer on court before the final game to work on his legs as they had just given up on him Murray was just running on pure adrenaline by the end .
We had to wait 76 years to the day for a British man to win a Slam, and it was a great match to watch. After loosing in the final at Wimbledon and getting the gold (and a silver) at the olympics you could tell Murray wasn't far off of winning a Slam.

I respect Serena Williams for her skills, but I wish the prettier players win more often tbh.
I don't even...

them Williams sisters do look like Geezers in drag:lol:
Watched the second half of the final, great match. I've had little faith in Murray winning one Grand Slam :P

he looks to have turned a corner the last few months with his Olympic Gold Medal and now his first Slam Djokovic was in the same boat as Murray 2 years ago he struggled in Slam finals against Nadal and Federer but then he won the Aussie Open in early 2011 and has gone on and got better and better i see the same thing happening to Murray if he continues to play the way he has the past few months since the Wimbledon Final loss .

I don't think they're bad-looking though; it's just that most of the other players look like supermodels.
