I think a good (effective) movie title, is one that can say a lot about the movie, if one has no idea what the movie is, or looks like. Maybe like Saving Private Ryan or War of the Worlds (generally a lot of Spielberg's movies...)

That 'How I stopped worrying' movie title sounds amazing though.

It perfectly encapsulates the only thing about the movie that anybody remembers.
It's truly beautiful in its simplicity.
