5. I don't know 5 good Rappers
4. I don't know 4 good Rappers
3. Jay-Z
2. Dr. Dre... not the new one the old one...
1. Eminem
There is no such thing as a "great" rapper, or even a "good" rapper; consequently, there cannot be any "greatest" rapper.
Lupe Fiasco is my favorite rappper of all time.
Best technical rapper is Eminem
Best rapper ever, Jay-Z or Biggie
EDIT: I'm going to change my decision and say Andre 3000 is the greatest ever. I've never heard him spit anything wack. Not on the Outkast albums, not on any features and not even on his singing album which kind of doesn't count in this discussion. His lyrics are on point every time. He hasn't even had a solo album. Jay-Z has spit some very wack rhymes and Biggie used the same lines a lot, i.e. "spread like mustard" on like 3 different songs.
Very underrated but not the best[QUOTE="Mkavanaugh77"][QUOTE="JML897"]Black Thought.JML897
Yeah, I don't expect many people to agree with me. :P
You got another one here. Not the greatest ever but VERY undderrated[QUOTE="gamefan67"][QUOTE="Mkavanaugh77"] This is a serious discussion going on!Mkavanaugh77I r seri-iz. No one can touch Gucci Mane and Souljah Boy they in a whole nother league. Everyone else just looking up at them. Okay, your going to far now, please explain why soulja boy is better than 2pac/Biggie/JayZ/or Nas Because all those artist you named dont have any skill:| If you would have said Lil' Wayne or Drake you might have had an arguement.....

! good album. which one?[QUOTE="effena"]
some of my faves are Ludacris, Jay-Z, Nas, Big L and Eminem. I think Pac is vastly overrated. He only had 1 good album, imo.
Mkavanaugh77
why dont u like Pac?
All Eyez on Me was the only album I ever liked by him. I dunno, I just found there to be much better rappers in the 90's. Mobb Deep, Wu Tang Clan, Snoop Dogg, and OutKast to name a few...as well as the others I mentioned.
[QUOTE="lazzordude"]Im guessing you like rappers who rap with lots of emotion? eh i guess so. i just like rappers who rap about stuff that has meaning. i mean, i liked pac when he was humpdy in digital underground but emotion definitely adds alot to a song.current: Joe Budden
all time: 2pac

If it makes you feel better I think Pac is highly over-rated too. I know he is an icon, but as far as lyrically he was not that great. He made meaningful songs and he rapped with a lot of passion, but he just wasn't as great (lyrically) as most people make him out to be.[QUOTE="im_mr_brown"]notice the host akwardly touching and rubbing one of the judges that made the video even better:lol: Haha I think Eli's deer with tourettes in a headlights stare got him all down for some thug lovin'...[QUOTE="gamefan67"] effin awesome....gamefan67
