Who do you think is the greatest Rapper of all-time?

I think Notorious B.I.G.(Biggie Smalls) is the best.

I do not know whom I would deem the best rapper. At this point I rarely listen to rap. I do like Biggie, Pac, Joe Budden, Nas, Cassidy (but he is becoming a one-trick pony)

How could I forget Rakim, Eminem, Rza, Gza, Method Man.

I vote Coolio. Mostly because it's fun to say 'Coolio'. Also he got up to receive an award at some awards show, and he was drunk, so his acceptance speech was amusing.

Any schmuck can make a rap song. All you have to do is write down a bunch of obscenities, then put words in between to make it rhyme.

It's hard to say who's the best, and I'm certainly no authority on the matter, but I'd say Guru, Mos Def, Erick Sermon, Jeremy Parish, Trugoy and Common are all right at the top.

Nas, Black Thought and Mos Def are probably my favorites.

I really should see their show sometime...I've seen a few clips of them on youtube (including the hiphopapotamus one) and liked what I saw.

I will listen to those, I personally try to give everything a chance before writing off my opinion for it, I am not a fan of Metal, but I have not heard what all the fans of it are going crazy over so I should listen to that as well. GAH so much music I need to hear.
