I have a couple:

-The hotel sequence in No Country for Old Men, where you can hear Javier Bardem's character slowly walking down the hall...

-The long-take in Children of Men toward the end with the building assault...absolutely incredible to watch.

-The beach scene in Atonement. I'm a fan of long camera takes, and this one was probably the best one I've ever seen. Extremely complex and STUNNING to watch.

-"I've abandoned my boy."

Yeah, it's probably because I'm watching the Oscars right now, but most of these are from the last 2 years. Oh well.

This probably isn't my favorite but the D-day scene in Saving Private Ryan is what first came to mind.

The first shot in the jury room in 12 Angry Men. It's one shot and it lasts for like five minutes. Sets up the entire movie, absolute gold. That get's my vote.

I always thought it was a bit cheesy. Granted I haven't watched the movie for a while. My mind is drawing a blank at the moment, which sucks, because I know there's a tonne of scenes to choose from.

I might have to go with a cliche: the beach landing in Saving Private Ryan.

Way to many to name but a few are:

Gladiator when he reveals himself to be Maximus.

25th Hour when he is talking into the mirror.

LOTR when Borimer dies.

Well, I would choose the Berserker scenes from Clerks. However, I might not be able to post them due to the massive amount of swearing.

Hmm... The part where Sweeney Todd gets his blades ("My Friends" on the soundtrack).
Kenneth Brannagh's 'To be or not to be' monologue from Hamlet.
The opening penguin sequence to Billy Madison

The **** You spech in 25th hour (the mirror one)

At Mallory's house in Natural Born Killers when it's made like I love Lucy

The tracking shot in Children of Men (except most the time when I think tracking shots I thnk PTA :P)

In Domino when She breaks the girls nose during Hazing

Opening for Kill Bill Vol.1

Opening for Trainspotting

Police Raid in Leon The Professional

Free Bird in Devils Rejects

The Shootout in Heat

When the take drugs in Requiem for a Dream

Either the Pulp Fiction apartment scene ("Say what again, I dare 'ya!), the Knights Who Say Ni, the DDay scence from Saving Private Ryan, or any scene from War of the Worlds where Tom Cruise wets his pants and Dakota Fanning saves his sorry ass :O

I think its the whole chase scene in Terminator 2. Where the T-1000 is chasing them in the helicopter, which gets destroyed so he follows them in the semi.

Rocky 1- the final round between Rocky and Apollo.

Back to the Future 2- *spoiler alert, read no further* When the Delorean gets struck by lightning and Doc Brown disappears and the Western Union rep shows up to deliver a letter to Marty from the Doc from 1885. So marty runs back to the Doc from 1955 and doc goes "i just sent you back to the future" and marty "i'm back doc, i'm back from the future".. doc "great scott!" and faints. Unbelievable ending.
