see my aunty came over from Bangladesh to australia and she told her workplace she will be back on the 28th of february. But the original plan was cancelled(long story) and she is goin back on the 12th of March. problem is her workplace doesnt know this and thinks that she is coming back on the 28th still.
wat would be a good excuse for missing work for so lon
btw they know she is in australia.

Here's what she should do...
1) If she has a real and valid reason to extend her vacation for so long, she should be honest and upfront with her employers. Explain the situation honestly and openly with them.
2) If she does not have a good reason to extend her time off, she needs to stop BSing and get back to work.
3) If she has a good reason to take the extra time off and her employer still won't authorize the extra time off, then she needs to decide which is more important: the time off or having a job.
