Guys If your baby came out deformed would you keep it

I was talking wbout this with friends and thought id ask here. For example if your wife had a frog like baby show here

Those pictures are really sad. I don't think those babies should be kept alive, i know people will say they deserve a chance at life but really all their life will be is suffering, if they survive at all.

EDIT: After seeing that picture I have to answer that I really don't know. Something to deliberate over definitely.

Does he need any special care or anything... cause I can barely care for myself, and I'm low maintenance.

As long as he doesn't need any extra care I don't think I would mind.
