as we all know, today is christmas and for christmas, i got xbox 360 and also halo 3 to go with it. so after i got all my the xbox stuff hooked up and my xbox live account ready, i opened up the halo 3 case and there was no disk... :|

Yeah, Geometry wars is a definate buy...but as for the disk, try and return item to store and tell them what happened...if that doesnt work, call microsoft! 1-800-4-MY-XBOX.
that really sucked, i dont think that has ever happened to me before...except for that one time when i bought flubber from there....it didnt work when i put it in the VCR...yes thats right..it was awhile ago...they didnt take it back :(

Back up copies if one gets scratched. I do that with my PC games. Copy them, so I would always have the original handy if I need it.

I'm not sure if it is legal, but it is morally legal :). I always do that with my games because they usually get scratched after putting the disc many times. But you are not hurting anyone, unless you sell it...
