this movie tried hard to deliver to the stoner audience and it delivered a few good laughs. lots of rips on the us government wich is always funny but personally i do not enjoy sequels. they seem to follow the same blueprint of the predecessor and then jsut change the scenarios. im all for creativity
So people think it sucked? I was going to rent it tomorrow. If its anything like the 1st one (retarded) I think I'll like it. In no way am I expecting it to beat the 1st one, which was an instant classic.

Actually, I was surprised to find that it was just an extension of the first one. It was pretty much exactly like the first in terms of overall everything, just with more jokes aimed at the government.
I just finished it a couple of hours ago, and it sorta completely sucked. Pretty crappy acting and writing, when they were high it was just flat out unrealistic.
