There are two works of fiction which have made me cry. The first is Disney's The Hunch Back of Notre Dame and the second is Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater.
In The Hunch Back of Notre Dame, there is a scene in which Quazi Moto is being paraded through a town on some sort of platform on wheels, all the while the towns people are throwing things at him just because of the way he looks.
In the ending cutscenes of Metal Gear Solid 3, Big Boss - after losing his right eye and being forced (through circumstances) to kill his mentor - visits the White House to meet with President Johnson, fellow military personnel, and news reporters. While there, the president reaches for a handshake and Big Boss hesitates; this made my eyes water because the reason he hesitated is the president's and the U.S. government's role in the aforementioned events. He was angry at how disposable soldiers are to their governments, despite how loyal they are.
What works of fiction made you guys cry?
