I saw this guy coughing like 4 times so went up and asked him if he was okay and he just stared condescendingly at me... I cussed and muttered a-hole, I saw him walking behind me and I hope he did not here me say all that crap because he might have thought less of me and/or felt bad about himself. I try to abide by the golden rule most of the time. One time my friend threw a chair at a substitute and he did not get in trouble for it (she was not hit by the chair but still lol).

Well, i was confessing to the fact that I had a breakdown and muttered curse words... I was inquiring if others had mental breakdowns other than myself.

Muttering curse words as you're walking away from someone does not constitute as a mental breakdown.

Define mental breakdown.

Pikdum
"Mental breakdown(also known as a nervous breakdown) is a non-medical term used to describe an acute, time-limited phase of a specific disorder that manifests primarily with features of depression or anxiety." --- The Wikipedia page. I consider it freaking out and doing something you normally do not do.

It certainly was not a considerate thing for me to do, nor do I do it on a regular basis. How is that not a breakdown of my mind?

Could you describe the experience if it is not too much of a bother?

I am sorry to hear that, did you feel better afterwards? What provoked the incident if you do not mind my inquiry?

Can't remember what happened after, woke up in a drain outlet. An alarm went of and it upset me, then I blew up.

Well, yeah I did, It triggered an early retirement for me, seeing as I had a complete breakdown, severe enough to alter my personality. Some breakdowns you do not get over, you just "click" and thats it, most people refer to random fits of rage, and instability as a mental breakdown, but they rarely are. A breakdown tends to be pretty disruptive, to the point where complete loss of speech, alteration of personality, loss of skills other learned things (causing holes in the memory) and such.

Well I suppose a complete rampage would also qualify. I am somewhat uncertain what qualifies a breakdown, who knows if the same points of view are shared throughout different nations.
