She is. What candidate does she decide to support? Barrack Obama, because he's black. Who is one of her favorite music artists? Mariah Carey, because she is partly black. I don't really like any Black artist, with the exception of Jimi Hendrix. Does this mean I am racist? Maybe to some, but it's kind of just personal preference.

I don't see how you could prove it. Anyway I think it's a smart move for her career regardless - The first potential black president should be supported by extisting black influential figures. Thus she wouldn't be alienting her audience.

I wasn't talking about Oprah, I have never even seen her show. Im saying black people in general. It seems like its OK for them to be racist, but its completely offensive for any other people to say anything against black people.

How so? its "politically incorrect" and against social acceptance for white people to do that, but black people excercise their racism all the time with seemingly no reprecussions.

I'm black and I have noticed that, but i guess people see the N word as extremely contriversal. That and being racist period.

Maybe that's because they appeal to her culture. You can't say someone is racist because they primarily like Black artists, politicians or musicians. Maybe she appreciates Obama because he appeals to ethnic minorities and he's by far the best candidate for President of the US. Maybe she likes Mariah Carey because she likes her music.

In fact, it could be argued that you are being racist by not allowing black people to choose who they listen to. Your comments are just more divisive and backwards than true.
