Has Legal Action Ever Been Brought Against PETA?

I ask because how is this organization able to exist when they've obviousilly been involved with not only the ALF a terrorist animal rights group but have done some things that are pretty shady.

Why have none of their leaders been brought to trial for their underlings actions?

As far as I know they only 'philosophically' support domestic terrorist organizations like ELF and ALF. I don't think they ever been directly involved; rather, they are sympathetic.

Not sure. The PETA headquarters is actually in my area (Norfolk VA). Our local radio station used to hold an annual fishing tournament behind the PETA building (the building is right off the water).

Well the whole thing where they were euthanizing people's pets when they said they were going to take care of them and the whole thing where they vandalize stuff or throw red paint on people or distrubute shocking anti meat material to school children ect.
