Has your brain ever been "fried"?

Reason I ask is because right now I can't think clearly at all. It has nothing to do with stress or studying or drugs or anything like that. It's just from someone elses sheer stupidity.

Me and a couple of friends were at a neighbors for LAN party for Halo 3. We had given insturctions to another friend on hot to get there. I told her sister to just look for the yellow/green mailbox right in front of their driveway. They live 15 minutes away. Well, an hour goes by and we call them to see where they were as we were just leaving. We ended up having to drive off to find them and lead them back to the friends house. When the girl we had given the directions to get there gets out of the car, I ask her if she put the town name after the address as there was another address with the same house number and street name a few miles down the road. She says no, her sister had put the address in and then wrote "YELLOW MAILBOX" after the street name, instead of the town (which I told her), expecting it to show up on her GPS. I have NEVER heard of someone doing this as who writes the color of the mailbox when they are looking for an address. No one should be this ditzy.

Long story short, her stupidity just completely fried any intelligence I had left in my already sleep deprived mind. I have never laughed so long or hard about one thing in my entire life. I'm sorry if I didn't explain this situation too clearly, I really can't think straight right now.

Anyone else have something like this happen?

Alright, I've seemed to have gained my cognitive abilities back for now. I was in shock when I wrote this. It's really more of a combintation of things. The girls going to the neighbors house had both been there NUMEROUS times, when we found them and were leading them back we were cracking jokes that if we did certain things, she'd get lost out of stupidity, and then it turned out she did something along the lines of "cartoony stupid", and finally that when her sister told us she did this she said it in a calm tone like this was a normal occurence for her. It just blows my mind that I graduated with someone with this little common sense.

Nope. I don't drink, don't smoke, don't do drugs, don't have any strong political opinions, am accepting of most viewpoints and am willing to change my mind on subjects if the evidence is strong enough, and don't resort to bashing if my opinion is challenged.

I was playing Dungeons and Dragons with a few friends of mine. At some point I was asked to carry a female halfling on my back. That would have interfered with my mission so I had to create an excuse to not carry her. My excuse? She was too heavy... and I was an orc.
