They have for me, twice. Once for setting off fireworks in the backyard, the other for getting reported for prank calling. What about you?

Twice. Once when my family lived in an apartment complex and we had our place broken into. The second time in my home when it got broken into. They've never had to come to my door looking for me.

Oh  we were harboring a fugitive once and the helicopter was hovering right over our house shining its light on us (and the fugitive). We just told him to keep cool and the helicopter obviously didn't think the guy could possibly be chilling with us. (to be fair, we were early 20s, and he was like 45 and of a different race (these are reasons why the cops would likely not be thinking he was with us), but I knew him and his kids for years and years) But, they didn't actually *come* to the house, my mom did go up the street to talk to them.

My neighbor downstairs called the cops because she "thought" she might have heard a woman crying in my apartment. They came at midnight, knocked on my door, I let them in (made a thread on Gamespot afterwards) and they looked around for what I assumed was the crying woman. After finding out that I live alone and was doing my homework they were awfully mad at the woman downstairs. So was I.

Yeah, the house alarm was tripped while we were asleep. My mom had turned off the phone so she could sleep (That's smart) so couldn't get the phonecalls from the security company. Next thing we know, there were two cops creeping around our property with guns drawn.

Yep. All from parties. Once because someone was parked on the wrong side of the street. And two times for noise complaints.

Yeah quite a few times, both times when my brother had his mental breakdowns and went psycho, then when my mum died and then when someone started a rumour that my dad was homicidal, so uh yeah, cheery little family we are. :?

Its not an offense other than in the military. Not a crime civil or otherwise, just a violation of terms, so to speak. 1.5 years of drama is more like it. I signed up for it though, she gave me fair warnings...this needed to happen, I hope she gets the right help. Shes got some serious problems. Its been an education for me...I dont regret it ...at this point. She may turn stalker though...shes at the end of the rope. Stay tuned. ;)

Yeah, I was sunbathing in my yard at the time. I was expecting a package, and I wasn't wearing my glasses so I mistook them for delivery men. I was like "just set the package right there". It was kind of emarassing. Anyways I guess one of my siblings accedentally dialed 911, since It was part of a larger phone number.

Not at my house but at my friends. We were shooting down his garden with an air rifle and his psycho neighbour called the police telling them we were shooting at him and his dog. Apparently he really did have a screw loose though and we didnt get into any trouble in the end so ... oh well.

I got my house raided a couple of months ago, not because of me, but because of other matters.

I woke up to somebody banging on my door. To my surprise, there were about 15 cops wanting to get in. Two of the cops were watching me while the rest were ransacking the house. One of them kept holding his hand on his weapon as if I was gonna bite him. They found nothing and left in shame. They provided stupid reasons why they were doing this. I never imagined something like that could possibly happen to me.
