It was great. What do I think of India? Well, huge potential but widespread poverty.

I have watched SLumdog Millionaire and I thought it was fantastic. What do I think of India? Hmmm I don;t know - I would like to go. I thought the movie showed India in beautiful colour, and people with great spirit. The poverty and violence disturbed me, but they are rife everywhere.

What do I think of India? Wel... Too much poverty, inflicted by indoctrination.

I think enough of India not judge it based upon one two hour film, regardless of how good that film was.

I agree with you that in the cities life is good, but what about the other people, who don't leave in the major cities? I had that same opinion about my country too, living always in cities, but I opened my eyes and saw that life is not the same for the people living outside the cities.

Yeah, it still doesn't change the fact that India's GDP per capita is $ 900 whilst the Europeans and Americans' is way over 35,000.

I really enjoyed the movie. What do I think of India? Well, if this is how they handle suspected TV Game Show cheats, I don't think anyone has to worry about the Mumbai terrorists getting off easy.

I don't think people can accurately comment on a country based on one film (the film itself is fantastic).

Slumdog Millionaire wasn't particularly interesting, and it didn't tell me anything new about India... In other words, it was a waste of my time.

I loved the movie, but I doubt it's an entirely accurate depiction of India. Then again, there's no reason it should have been.

I've seen Slumdog Millionaire, great movie.

But, I've actually been to India. Like can be said of pretty much everywhere in the world, there are places of great beauty, and also places filled with poverty and stuff. Overall it's a pretty cool place. I prefer Japan and South Korea, though. I liked it better than China, however.

I just saw it and it was soooo good. It was a fantastic film that really deserves all the praise it's getting. I loved the love story and the all the stories of why Jamal knew the answers that came up. I loved the scene where Jamal finally found Latika again and they didn't make it cliche by kissing instead the just hugged. I liked it when Jamal invited Latika in from the rain to be the third musketeer. Even the guy they had playing the host of the millionaire show seemed to be a great answer. and that final question was the biggest coincidence of all. Seriously I cant say enough good things about this film.

I just saw the movie tonight and I was blown away.

As for India, I dunno, I never paid much attention to it until the attacks a few months ago
