I'm in college, staying at friends house because I moved out of my old place, looking for a new one, and that's about it. I've been broke for quite awhile. It sucks, however, sadly I'm accustomed to it.
I am lately. Between paying off my car, paying insurance on the car, paying my phone bill, and paying a lawyer for my recent legal trouble, I've barely got anything left to enjoy myself with.
Just bought some new computer speakers so yes I am. I have something like 8 dollars. But I don't have to pay bills yet but I should still be saving for college/university. I swear I'm going to buy an MP3 player (finally) and then other than the odd game (CoH: Oppossing Fronts looks great. I'm gunna save a bit, after all nobody wants a huge student loan.

Just 2 counts of criminal possession of marijuana. A violation and a misdemeanor. I got arraigned last week, now I have to go back to meet with a DA, a judge and a lawyer to settle it in a couple of weeks.

Could you not just plead guilty right off the bat (as it'spretty obvious if they busted you for possession) and pay wtv fine and save yourself the legal fees of a defense lawyer.

No, I always have access to money and if I need money, my parents will give me some. It is because my parents got really good paying jobs and don't just waste money like so many people like to do. They are extremely smart when it comes to saving. I plan on doing the same thing.

I could have, but I don't want to have the misdemeanor on my record, and the fine would have been pretty high any way. My lawyers going to get the violation taken away and have the misdemeanor reduced to a violation, so nothing will be on my record at all and I'll be good to go.
