I have often been falsely accused of being responsible for minorities being poor just because I am a white man. This may not be racial profiling in the traditional legal sense, but it is fundamentally the same thing.LaihendiLOL! Give me an example
Yes. I flew home a month after 9/11 and I had a heavy beard at the time. I was taken out of line and giver a full search. The agent said,"Sorry bud, but the beard, can't be too cautious." I'm as white as they come, but a beard at that time I guess was enough to suggest I was a terrorist.

Give me an example I had a poor latino friend in high school whose mom used to antagonize me by ranting about rich white people, and she would tell stories about almost being raped with the implication that all men are potential rapists.

I laughed, I admit. Of course, if your real-world persona is anything like your online persona, I'm not surprised you were antagonized. Look at home many people antagonize you here, myself included.
are you a Mohammedan? Or an Itbah al Yahud (what is that anyway)?itbah al yahud means "slaughter the jews"[QUOTE="BossPerson"]
My last name is Mohamed and I go through airports once in a while, so do the math.

Well Kabrhel is strange, foreign sounding and looking name (particularly with the "brh"), and you do have dark hair. Plus you know chemistry.Yes. okay. I guessed that Yahud had something to do with Jews (my guess was that it meant "enemies of the Jews" or something along those lines).Well Kabrhel is strange, foreign sounding and looking name (particularly with the "brh"), and you do have dark hair. Okay, I was thinking something Eastern European or maybe Portuguese (They have words where h coming after a consonant, for instance "nh" is pronounced like "ny" and lh is pronounced like "ly", I think).Yeah you do look kind of Eastern European.

Do I? I rather think I look like a run-of-the-mill, bald, hairy, white American.
In the U.S.? Because you're a Bulgar? Did they think you were Niko Bellic? No. This was during the war in former Yugoslavia, in Bosnia. They put me, my dad, and my uncle in a middle school - turned into a camp, along hundreds of other mostly males and tortured us. My uncle was executed. All because we were under the assumption to be either catholic, or muslim. This was 20 years ago.[QUOTE="DevilMightCry"]I was in a concentration camp for 7 months because I was profiled. whipassmt

Thanks. That means a lot coming from you. I mean that respectfully. I know I act like an ass sometimes, but I feel like Americans here have no idea what's it like to lose your liberty, freedoms, and family, and means to protect yourselves, just because a tyrannical government can take it away for its ideological purpose. I feel very strongly about the USA, and that it is truly the last barrier for liberty and freedom. Even though its flawed, its still better than all other countries. Trust me. Sorry, I went on a rant.[QUOTE="whipassmt"]In the U.S.? Because you're a Bulgar? Did they think you were Niko Bellic? No. This was during the war in former Yugoslavia, in Bosnia. "slaughter the jews" is an exclamation not a title.
it was humorous when someone asked you if you were a "slaughter the jews".

k, i seeAs a black man, I have to deal with all sorts of bullshit from pigs. I don't know how many f*cking times I've gotten pulled over for now god damned reason.heeweesRusYes I have. I grew up in a predominantly black area.Â
Â
If I was going to play basketball at a park, dudes would automatically think I would suck. We'd get on the court and I would destroy everybody.
Â
It was like a real "White Men Can't Jump" situation out there, except I'm nowhere near as white as Woody Harrelson.
Â
In fact, when I was about 7, this black kid challenged me to a basketball game. Okay, cool. We played, I beat him, and he proceeded to kick my ass by kneeing me in the stomach several times because he was embarassed. Caught me completely off guard.
And as far as if I've ever been racially profiled while driving? Yes.
Â
I'm pretty sure all white people have at some point. It's **** annoying.
Â
So I'm driving, minding my own damn businesses, and then I get the flashing lights. So I pull over. Cop comes up to my car, asks for my license and insurance. I give it to him, and then he congratulates me on my great driving, gives me a $100 reward, and then drives away.
Â
I hate when that shit happens to us white people.
Â
It's such an inconvienence.
I have so many I can't be bothered to name them all.
1. A mixed group with a chinese guy leading the pack pulled out guns on me on my friend, and said "you guys think your tuff? You don't have it we have it!" with the chinese guy telling the gun man to shoot me. Basically they got the drop on me and my friend and were testing our "gangster" cause we were black. We didn't even say anything to them in the first place to warrant the gun being drawn let alone a conversation.
2. Police pull out guns on me and a different friend because apparently some kids said they seen black guys with guns. The kids didn't point us out, didnt describe us or even indicate it was us. The police seen that we happened to be in the area and "fit the description". 2 hours later after being dragged on the wet ground, kicked stomped and clothing torn, we were released with no charges.
Another time police rolled up on me and my friend because apparently, they are just randomly stopping people to make sure they aren't in violation of any court orders.
jeez. where was this?I have so many I can't be bothered to name them all.
