since when is that illegal?
I wonder that as well...
actually, now that I think about it, he might just live in a weird county. I remember reading this article about "top 10 weird and stupid sex laws" or something and I just remember some really weird ones. I mean we got federal and state laws, but counties can pass their own weird stuff to so you never really know.
The LAW dictates that possession is illegal. Using doesn't really count for much. Besides... if you don't have enough in possession you're not worth the paper work. Not unless you really piss the arresting officer off. But not every one is smart enough to realize that they should respect a constable because he or she can press charges.
When they say don't discuss illegal activity I'm sure they mean conspiracy, in regards of current illegal activity in progress or conspiracy to commit a crime. or crimes. But yeah, I guess if a moderator wanted to be anal about it they could close the topic. In my opinion it wouldn't be warranted, but they can pretty do whatever they want because I don't think the administrator pays any attention to complaints. I wouldn't be suprised if it all goes into a dummy mailbox.
uhh lets see...
bringing drug parifenalia to school (what? i was high)
underage drinking
possesion of drugs
vandalism
being out past curfew (which is stupid)
entering and theft (this guy was an idiot and left his door unlocked and we knew the guy)
thats it.

[QUOTE="br0kenrabbit"]My record is clean and it's going to stay that way.dooly420your record is clean because you haven't done anything, or because you haven't been caught? I don't do anything. I smoke weed but I have a prescription for it. I don't drink and get stupid, I don't party so I don't get involved in some stupid 'group activities', I don't get stupid and mess with other people's stuff, and I'm not an idiot on the road. It's not really difficult to stay out of trouble.

-Speeding (I think I do this everytime I get behind the wheel of a car)
-Reckless Driving
-Violated the "Move Over" law in my state (says that you have to change lanes or "slow down sufficiently" if there's a cop on the side of the highway with his lights on)
-Failure to Yield
-Underage Drinking
-Jaywalking
-Not paying for public transportation/sneaking into the subway (don't know what the legal term for it is)
-Littering
That's more or less it.
