Well, uh...sometimes I've been on my parents' computer in a particularly nosy mood, and I've found some things that they probably wouldn't want to share with me (documents, stories written by my dad, private letters, finanical issues, a little porn, etc.). Once I was with my ex-best friend in her house, and we found pot and a sex toy in her parents' bedroom.

Yep. One time, we moved into a new apartment. We were unpacking boxes, and my father was at work. So my mother hands me a plain brown box. This very box I had seen before, because my father wasn't very good at hiding this little box of "ah-em" material in the past. I discovered it while looking for my old Harry Potter books from birthdays past in a storage closet. So I'm sitting there with this box full of it, scissor in hand to cut the packing tape, frozen. I didn't know what to do. I could either open the box and act all surprised, or just reject opening it. Both would look suspicious. So taking advantage of the fact that my dad's not home, this same fact being a dilemma seconds before, I lie, "For some reason, dad wanted this box taken care of. Probably has some expensive electronics in here, so he didn't let us kids touch it. Maybe you should open it while I get some other boxes." Smooth as a green pipe in Super Mario, I run off to work on other boxes, showing much enthusiasm in my work as I leave my mother with the box, being all innocent and silently gloating in my slyness. My mother stays calm after opening it and quietly closing it, and nothing more is said about the box by me or my mother. Where did you think I got my smooth skills? Nobody was the wiser, and life went on. My father may or may not know of this incident to this day, the chances are he hasn't. To this day, this very box is still very unhidden in the new place's storage closet. Guess I'll have to wait until we move again and see what happens. ;)
Nope, have never looked to tell you the truth. We respect each others privacy, they probably have things I shouldn't see and I have stuff they don't want to see.
