Have you ever had a manager that treat you like crap?

I just had one today, I was working as usual, but this manageris strict and treat me like crap. She treat others well but not me, always tell me to do more things than others and blame me when it's her fault for telling me tocook the wrong food. BTW I work at KFC.

Yeah they tried to reduce my hours and pay but i got ACAS on their arse and they lost the case. I was working as a cleaner as they think they can just do whatever they like when your a cleaner, like they expect you not to be able to think and feel intimidated by managers. It wasn't the case with me. It's a long story actually, but that's the basics.

Yup. It seems some people get job satisfaction by trying to belittle people.

Yup, still do. Doesn't respect my seniority that I have over other co-workers.

I never call out sick and come into work when they need more help yet I still get **** on for the most part.

Yes. So I swore at one of the ones trying to get in my face. They fired me. I made a request through the union to get my job back, and did. The very next week they were telling me how I was basically employee of the month. *facepalm*

Yep. In most of my job experience, there was at least one terrible manager that treated people like ****.

Yea, I felt the same way. The last manager she actually made me hate my job. I hope I got a good manager today.

yeah whenever there was anything to do it was me she assigned it to. heck sometimes I wasn't even in the general vicinity and she came and looked for me to go do it. Most of the time when I was doing the work I could clearly see everybody else, including her, standing around chatting and doing nothing. I don't miss that manager at all.

Yep! Sure have. I even went above the manager to say something about her and surprisingly it did not matter. She was very abrasive so I quit.
