Have you ever had a "Hot" topic? What constitutes one?

My definition of a "Hot" topic, is one that gets its own Feature on "On the Spot!" And to my knowledge, the GameSpot staff have only ever once decided a topic was so good as to feature it. A little diddy I liked to call Star Wars v Star Trek: Most Annoying! Muah ha ha. dlindenb2000

I've had one hot topic with 500 posters, it was pretty controvercial but I've never figured out what makes it hot enough to get that... "fire ball symbol"

Nevar. I am the only person in GS history to have that honor, and I will keep milking it till the day I die. Just like the time I pwned Omni soooo hard, he gave up and went to bed right then and there, crying all the way. Just like the time I came back from the dead, check my mod history, it's true. They tried to Murder me, but I apealed to the Higher Powers(GameSpot Customer Support, turns out my account was mixed up with anothers, when I proved I was not some guy named BioBobby they reived my account)I am unbannable!~!~!

(I am only unbannable as long as I stay within all the rules layed out by the TOS/TOU/EULA/FBI, any action that would get anyother used banned, will also get me banned)

I am not Legendary, no. I am less then a memory, best left in the past. My Deeds though, my deeds are of legend, and shall never be forgotten. For my Deeds are the dreams of all OT posters, who among us has not wished for them to happen to themselves? Who among us has not wished for Rich Gallup to sing our praises, for a Mod to crumble at our feet! Who here can say that when pulled down into the darkest depths of their own mortality, they would not give anything to claw their way back to the surface, to face down death and survive!!

Yes it is. But you make no mention of the other Great Feats, you cannot admit one and ignore the others. They do not work without eachother. Greatness does not come alone, but In threes, you must acknowledge them all!

Omni is no man! He is a greater then a man, for he is a MOD! And name one other person who has returned from the dead with Their Original Account! There are many posters who have been reincarnated as another, but who among them has fought with Hades himself to get their true form returned to them! Who I ask you?!

I once made a topic last year about making an Emo girl cry.

We were in the lunch room and I was talking about the weeks football game with my friend, she turned around, looked at me straight in the eyes and said, "hehe at least we know who the dumbass jocks are in this school".

I didnt miss a beat and said, "At least I know whos parents dont love them". She stood there for a second and stormed out of the cafeteria crying.

I was kinda mad though because most of the replies to the post were bashing me even though she started it. Oh well.

I've probably had 6 hot threads in GS but most were in unions
