Best thing to do is to not say anything. Don't apologize, don't keep doing it. Just pretend like it never happened, and pretend like you never realized that you actually did it.

I've accidentally fondled boobs, and grabbed the groins of both men and women. Has happened OFTEN. In my experience, no one is ever going to say ****, so long as no one says anything about it. Do not apolgize for accidentally grabbing a girl's breasts, that just makes it seem like you INTENDED to do it and are then only apologizing in order to make it seem like you DIDN'T intend to do it. And...that makes you look like a pervert. Apologizing confirms that you KNEW you did it, which makes it seem intentional. Then you look like a pervert AND a liar.

Best is to just pretend like it never happened. Don't apologize at all, don't say ANYTHING. If you ever accidentally grab a woman's breasts or buttocks (and to be clear here, this has to REALLY be accidental), don't say a thing. Just act like it never happened, and that you never even realized that it happened. 98% of the time, the person who you molested won't say anything either. They'll just see it as an accident too, and the whole incident will be forgotten. Just so long as you really NEVER speak of that incident again. You can't claim innocence if you knew it happened, and part of not knowing that it happened is not having ever remembered it. Don't talk about it to ANYONE.

And the same thing applies if you accidentally grab a woman's boobs or butt. First concern is that she sacreams and accuses you of sexual harrassment. That usually doesn't happen (as long as it really WAS an accident). After the first 2 seconds pass and she doesn't scream "STOP TOUCHING MY BOOBS, YOU PERVERT!!", you're pretty much in the clear. Never say a single word about it ever happening, and one of two things will occur...she'll either think that you really DIDN'T know that it ever happened, or she'll realize that you're pretending to think that it never happened because you knew that it happened but it was GENUINELY an accident.
