i have never lost mine, or even misplaced it.
im very anal about my phone. i hardly let anyone else use it. its never really out of my site. if its not in my hands or sitting next to me at home, then it is in my left pocket. i feel naked if i dont have my phone.
Yes, the most notable time being in the mountains when I was hiking. I took it out no more than twice the entire time, yet I lost it. The funniest part is that it was found and returned at least a month later.
Yea, once in a16km long valley in mountains, once in the evening, in the middle of my city, with snow everywhere making it impossible to find. And... someone always returned it when found. :) It must be some kind of good karma - I always return found mobiles and other people do the same for me. :)
I lost a cell phone in a very strange way.
One night I was driving home, and during my drive I talked on the phone with a friend. When I got home I just went inside, got ready for bed and went to sleep.
The next day I couldn't find the phone anywhere and never saw it again.
Thankfully no.
I have had moments where I thought I had lost it. Those moments are not a pleasant feeling.
Not lost, but I once had two cellphones with me and BOTH of them ran out of juice. I was begging people to let me make a phone call so I could get someone to pick me up.
Yeah i've lost 2 in taxis after a night out
2 whilst crowd surfing
1 randomly (which was found the day after i got the replacement)
and ive broke 2, 1 i dropped in a puddle 1 was supposed to waterproof and upon testing it wasnt

I don't know why quotes aren't working but whatever.
@Serraph105, ON A REGULAR BASIS is the key phrase here.
Mistakes are one thing. S*** happens. But 4 or 5 times a year is not a mistake. That's just being a complete moron and I wonder how these people can function and continue living if they can't even take care of a phone for more than 2 months. I'm talking solely people who have their parents pay for their phones here, because I have NEVER met an adult who breaks or loses phones like teenagers do.
Umm, that time of the month?Shottayouth13-
Nope, but what a quality and original response.
Might want to relax a bit.Charazani
About what? I'm in no way tense. I just think it's completely ridiculous for people to break, lose, drop or otherwise destroy a $100-$600 item multiple times, and in the case of many youths today, multiple times in a single calendar year. Would you be saying I need to relax if it was a computer they broke? Or a TV? Or an Xbox? If your kid broke 3 Xboxes in one year by being careless with them (it doesn't take a lot of common sense to figure that your phone does not belong anywhere near a bathtub) wouldn't you feel like they were being disrespectful about the money you spent on those items for them? I would.

If they continue to do stupid things and just keep getting phones bought for them I don't think it's their fault that they develop a self-important attitude.
