I never got in trouble with the law so I couldn't have resisted arrest, but if I did I wouldn't do so because I just end up in more trouble.

Never been arrested before. Even if I were going to be I wouldn't resist. All those people in that video could've avoided all that if they knew how to listen and cooperate.

lol i love I love how all these police brutality videos only show the end and not what the piece of $%# criminal did to the police officer before . If you had a job where you put your life on the line everyday and never know what type of person you are dealing with you would think differently

Shouldn't the people that protect us and enforce laws be more disciplined than to take out their anger on people?

So? Do you even know what it was that they were arresting him for? Could've been robbery, murder, rape, anything. Doesn't mean anything. He still resisted.

I've never been arrested but I have run from the police...a few times.

Needless to say I got away.

the guy could of been a robber or a rapist for all we know what do you want him to do call the whole department to help him pin down one man or put him in time out ? looks like they fooled you by just showing the the part they wanted too :?

I didn't even watch the video. I'm just referring to police brutality in general. There have been many incidents when the police keep hitting a perp after they are subdued on the ground. Shouldn't we be able to trust our police officers to not let their emotions rule them?

You don't have to remember it happening but it caused major race riots and was a big deal. Most people 20+ years old have heard of the Rodney King incident.

A little sarcasm never hurt anyone, doesn't make anyone any less mature (unless it's overdone). Plus, in this case it was warranted as you seemed to be bragging about your past exploits in your post.

Why is there so much about police brutality recently?

And no, I have never tried to resist arrest.
